Soita & Associates Advocates ("SAA") is a Kenyan real estate and corporate law firm founded in the mid 2000’s by Willy Soita. Over the years, SAA has grown to include a close-knit team of over 12 lawyers and assistants and developed a specialization in the following areas: commercial real estate, banking and finance, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and restructuring and dispute resolution.
At SAA, our team of lawyers and support staff are committed to providing the best possible legal representation for our clients. We take the responsibility of representing our clients very seriously, which is why we always work in their best interests. We also understand that our clients need a business perspective, not just an application of legal rules. It’s our job to uncover the real issues and find and explain the options that make the best sense for your business.
